Whitcraft Winery Entrance
Whitcraft Winery is in an industrial complex across the parking lot from West Marine. It's a moderate hike down the street from Carr Winery. (Salsipuedes turns into Calle Cesar Chavez south of E. Gutierrez St.)
This winery was closed when we got there. But, we were not impressed with the location. It didn't seem like a very fun place to taste wine.
It may be more inviting during regular tasting hours. I'll try again and report back if I change my mind. But for now, I think this is one Santa Barbara wine tasting room you could skip.
Wine tasting hours are 12-4 PM Friday-Sunday and by appointment Monday-Thursday.
